Greater New Life Church

Greater New Life Church Inc., International, founded in 1989 in Tuskegee, Ala. as "Greater New Life Church" by Pastor George C. Clausell, is a Holy Spirit called ministry with humble beginnings in a remodeled funeral home. Starting with only nine members, the church has continued to thrive and grow throughout the years obtaining a 501 (c) 3 status.
Greater New Life Church became Greater New Life Church Inc., International in 2002. In February 2008, the church members, community, family, friends, and city officials all joined to help celebrate the groundbreaking for a new addition. The Greater New Life Family welcomes the New Year, 2009, with the completion and formal dedication of our new sanctuary.
The church became a training ground for ministers and teachers and soon became a place of worship for college students attending Tuskegee University. Some of the students that joined are ministering and actively involved in spirit filled ministries around the world.
God began to send in members from the continent of Africa. This prompted Pastor Clausell to become more involved in International missions. The church is internationally affiliated with and supports what has now become a sister church, Christ Victory Life Church International in Abuja, Nigeria. Bishop & Mrs. N.I. Obayojie, DD pastors this church and travels bi-yearly to speak at the International Revival held at Greater New Life Church. Also, Pastors George and Elizabeth Clausell have been afforded the opportunity to visit and minister in Christ Victory Life Church International, Abuja, Nigeria West Africa.
The foundation of this ministry is a lifestyle of holiness in daily living. Greater New Life Church International, Inc. shines as a light in its community. The church serves as a place of solace and inspiration for believers around the world.
